Blake's Restaurant, first opened in 1963 on 353 South Main Street. The restaurant's original menu featured sandwiches, light lunches and Blake's old fashioned ice cream. Can you believe the now famous Blake's Special cost $.85 , a Banana Split cost $.65 and a double dip ice cream cone cost $.25 !!! Well, the prices may have changed but the quality and service our customers have come to expect has not. Today, Blake's flagship restaurant continues to thrive on the original site. The menu has evolved through the years to now include breakfast (now served all day), and dinner as well as lunch and ice cream. Entries include comfort foods such as waffles and pancakes, homemade meatloaf, chicken tenders and of course our original famous Blake's Special. Our award winning ice cream features favorites such as Moose Tracks(TM), Graham Central Station, and Pure Maple Walnut.

Blake' has truly been a neighborhood restaurant through the years, the site of many fond memories. ( Blake's folk lore has it that more than one happily married couple met while working at Blake's!!!!!!!!!!)
